[HECnet] Network topology according to MIM.

It would probably be better to rethink the mapping of areas across the globe. The problems seem to arise when one area has nodes on different continents, e.g. in both Europe and the USA.

I wouldn't agree, but the issues I'm thinking of are not technical. Try getting everyone to agree on a cost structure, for example.
