[HECnet] OpenVMS VAX 6.2 Install/Upgrade kit

OK, I've found a full VAX/VMS consolidated distribution for version 6.2. My
hosting is a bit restrictive now - I can upload the operating system disk
but I'll need somewhere else for the rest. The bzipped images amount to
3.2GB.
