[HECnet] Static IPs for everyone!

Nothing is BLOCKING it, the bridges just don’t like packets coming from the “wrong” address.

I’ll have a look further into it later.

Summa summarum: The packet forwarding works fine, but the bridges dump them as coming from the wrong address.
