Why not just translate the logicals: SYS$REM_NODE and SYS$REM_ID?

$ WRITE SYS$OUTPUT "''F$trnlnm("SYS$REM_NODE")'"
$ WRITE SYS$OUTPUT "''F$trnlnm("SYS$REM_ID")'"
