   If you still have your email from HP with the VMS PAKS, then reply to it and ask for new login credentials.  Mention which platform - VAX/Alpha/Integrity and they will reply with current info.

If you don't have the email, send a new email to <openvmscustomerlab at hpe.com> and tell them what you need.
