[HECnet] Intro and New User Questions

I'll just throw my 2 pennies in too.

I have Multinet up and running here for the connection to MIM.

So I made a config file (for me is 
DUA0:[MULTINET.GVAX.MULTINET]DECNET-CIRCUITS.COM) with:

     MULTINET CONFIGURE/DECNET

but then edited the file to make it TCP on my assigned port like so:

     $ multinet set/decnet/remote=130.238.19.212 /device=tcpa0:/connect 
/tcp=connect /port=7711

My assigned port is 7711 and MIM is at 130.238.19.212. Obviously edit to 
taste, for your setup.

I only have the decnet-over-ip setup on the routing node, GVAX.
My other node GAXP has Multinet but no decnet-over-ip, and is an edge node.
