[HECnet] VAX Notes: where to get?

Hey all,

My VMS disk died ages ago and I needed to reinstall (thankfully, the disk is dying again but more slowly)...and in that mess I lost my VAX NOTES install. :(

Where can I grab a copy of VAX NOTES?  I do not recall where I grabbed it last time.
