[HECnet] VMS on Itanium

As far as I know, the only version of Ada that is newer than what’s on VAX/VMS 7.3 is a rather old version of GNAT for OpenVMS/Alpha.  

I’d love to be proven wrong. :-)

It looks like the GNAT on my OpenVMS/Alpha 8.3 system was probably built on OpenVMS 7.1 and is based on gcc 2.8.1.
