[HECnet] Weird bridge problem

Looks like 38.130.230.105 might be going through some NAT which changes 
the port number. The dump message is maybe a bit cryptic but it is 
saying that the source port of the message was port 1024, which does not 
match your config, which expects packets to come from 4711.
