Johnny is probably working on the next release of BQTCP - he responds to emails even at 4:30 AM his time, especially when he is doing that. He will doubtless respond soon.

You might want to get a free hobbyist license from Process Software for MULTINET using your OpenVMS hobbyist license - MULTINET makes it easy to get on to HECnet. There are a couple of MULTINET gateways around for quick access to HECnet too.
