[HECnet] Hello from New Zealand

Thanks for the suggestions Wiz and yes I'd be happy to route connections for others in NZ. So far I am only aware of one other DEC enthusiast that might be interested but I've not talked about HECnet to others yet.

I'm very happy with the connection to Bob, it's working well and the host machine is comfortably housed in my work server room. While it is an end node only, I can VPN to that machine from anywhere (via Cisco of course) for console access.

The number of free HECnet areas looks a bit limited and I don't want to request a whole area for the limited interest here so far. We'll have to see how things go though.
