Not entirely everywhere. I have a github repository with a functional linux kernel implementation (end-node only) for Raspbian on the Raspberry Pi, last tested with the 2020-02-05 distribution. In the past (late last year), I also verified that it works correctly on Debian-x86, both 32- and 64-bit. The repository is at:
