No problem!

I don't want to start a constant posting of when the links go down, but in 
this case since you said they are legit, I *think* that just maybe that 
those flaps are nothing to be concerned about since that will obviously 
happen when hosts reboot/get changed/etc.

This also means that FRUGAL has been rather quiet since 16:41 Eastern 
yesterday. (other than known drops/swaps)
