MIM to the rescue! -- or, sort of..

On the MIM manuals page, there is the Fortran-77 T5.4 installation 
manual. As it turns out, this update needs to be installed from tape 
using the auto-instal mechanism.

The first step in this procedure, according to the manual, is to restore 
the auto-installer script from the tape using BRU. But-  BRU is not 
present on my V10.1 system.
I thought BRU would be part of the "RSX Utilities" package, but it is not.

So, the question has changed to "Where is BRU when you need her?"
