[HECnet] More DECnet/E items --> NI1D:: not active

That is very strange.  I wonder why it does that.

Anyway, I moved them both to the default account, so try the copy again with
just ni1d::evtlog.tsk and ni1d::ncp.tsk as the input arguments.
