So weird.

That worked fine for me on TSVMSA (my system):

$ dir ni1d::

Directory NI1D::_SY:[200,200]

INFO.TXT            NCP.TSK             EVTLOG.TSK

Total of 3 files.

Old school works, less old school falters.
I see a lot of problems with OpenVMS VAX and the older systems if Ethernet is involved: Tops10, Tops20, Rsx11M, Rsts 10.1 ....
Parameter collisions under the Decnet hoods somewhere I guess ....

SWBV55> copy ni1d::decnet$:evtlog.tsk my:
%COPY-E-OPENIN, error opening NI1D::_SY:[0,16]EVTLOG.TSK as input -RMS-E-ACC, ACP file access failed -SYSTEM-F-REMRSRC, insufficient system resources at remote node
SWBV55> exnb ni1d::decnet$:evtlog.tsk my:
%EXCHANGE-E-OPENIN, error opening NI1D::_SY:[0,16]EVTLOG.TSK as input -RMS-E-ACC, ACP file access failed -SYSTEM-F-REMRSRC, insufficient system resources at remote node

Stubborn it is. OpenVMS 7.3
