I think the change of numbers happened quite some while ago by now. When 
Paul initially hooked up to HECnet, I think he was in area 9, before 
moving to his own area. I no longer even remember when that happened.

The nodename database gets changes and updates somewhat often, so it 
makes sense to get a new copy once in a while.
