It appears that it's for TOPS-20 though, and there's no executable so you'll have to bootstrap it somehow.  It looks like Ken (or somebody) added code to compile and run on a PC though, so it might be possible to build it there and cross compile.   Could be a fun project, but I don't have the time right now.
