[HECnet] RSX or RSTS

Thomas, you are way behind the curve...

With RSTS/E V8, DCL became sortof usable, and with V9, DCL became the 
standard command line interpreter. V10 made it smell even more like VMS.
You have account privileges very similar to VMS, and the RSTS/E BACKUP 
is even more or less compatible with VMS BACKUP. And I can't even 
remember what else was stuffed in there in the later versions. Paul 
should be able to fill in the blanks...

Basic started being almost hidden away...
