  I believe though, but I could be wrong, that the KDJ11-SD (the S-Box version) was also available with the standard ROMs.  If that's true then it would imply that a generic PDP-11 in a BA213 was some kind of product that one could buy.  But even if you couldn't, it's not that hard to build one.
