Incidentally, in posting that URL, the resulting burst of activity subsequently, combined with the fact that two of the requesting IP addresses were on Spamhaus's XBL list, caused a bit of trouble. There was some anti-DDOS activity and it's probable that nobody got anything.

  Thanks.  I found the 10.1 distro tapes, but I can't find an DECnet tapes.  Was DECnet/E a separate product, or was it standard with RSTS (at least at the end)?
