[HECnet] RSX or RSTS

I’m pretty sure the final version was 10.1A, it has additional Y2K fixes not found in 10.1.  The Mentec SPD doesn’t mention the version other than 10.1, but I’d saved it as 10.1A, which seems to indicate I’m remembering correctly.
