[HECnet] Bringing up a MicroVAX 3100-80

MMJ to Serial adapter arrived today, and I now have console access via 
minicom on a Linux PC.

DKA100 is inside the MicroVAX and DKA200 is in the StorageWorks. Neither 
is straightaway bootable.

What is the recommended way to recover from "FILNOTCNTG" error?
