[HECnet] VMS V4.6 in operation - it was an Adventure

I can't remember whether I mentioned this a while back. The LCM+L's VAX 7000 (Rosie) used to have annual hobbyist licence PAKs for all but VAX-VMS (which was perpetual). Recently however, all the PAKs on there have become perpetual.

Following the announcement of the VSI "community licence" program, and the fact that VAX software will *not* be licensed by VSI, I have downgraded my VAXcluster to V4.6

I even implemented Adventure (both the "350" and the "551" version).
