[HECnet] Task Buillder question

Ok. Did some digging around. Found two tools:

FLCVRT (Fall 78 sig, [302,2])
LDX (Spring 80 sig, [326,213])

These can be found on MIM::DECUS:

They should be possible to mount read-only by anyone.
