[HECnet] Hecnet mail still alive? --> silence

  It comes and goes.   People run out of things to say and then there'll be
silence for a long time, but then something interesting will come up and
there will be a flood of messages.

I asked because I saw no Hecnet internet mails since 1-dec-2021 and such a
silence is (highly?) unusual . J
