[HECnet] SIMH TOPS-20 question

Which Tops20 tape gives problems?  Try tpc, that sometimes is the problem.

I want to do some more installing of TOPS-20 bits for DECnet testing.  The
needed tape images seem to be all there on Bitsavers, but they aren't in a
format I recognize. SIMH doesn't seem to like them at all.

Any ideas?
