[HECnet] RSTS/E started emitting "?EVTLOG (BLDNIC) -- %Integer error" messages

Curious.  Can you send me a log of startup for both dates?  With the event logger configured to send log messages to the console, so it gives a hint about what message has a problem.  I thought I cured the date problem for a long time...
