[HECnet] RSTS/E started emitting "?EVTLOG (BLDNIC) -- %Integer error" messages

Very easy. And this is datatrieve, not some random text file. There is 
no space delimiter. It's two numeric values, and of course I can sort on 
them with one being the major sorting key...
