[HECnet] Multiple nodes failing NICE in the same way

MAGPIE is running John Forecast’s RaspbianDECnet.  I’ll shut it down.  I
think it tries to use the nobody account - when it should probably have its
own decent account.  Later on today I’ll have a look into this.
