[HECnet] Getting reconnected

Hello,

according to the cisco feature navigator ( https://cfnng.cisco.com/browse/routing/features ), DECnet IV is available only on ISR 4431 and ASR 1002-X (IOS-XE 17.5.1.a), DECnet V and other few decnet features are available only on ASR 1002-X.
