Ventilation
“Happiness sneaks in through a door you didn’t know you left open.” – John Barrymore
Become forgetful -
leave everything open.
On the wall,
there is a window,
in the corner
a small crack.
Doors lock, and
windows seal shut,
so force them -
do whatever you can.
Open them
from the inside out.
Happiness,
like fresh air,
flows through windows
past doors, sneaks
into places you’ve forgotten,
even in your heart.
