Dear friends,
Inspired by some folks in CA who are organizing a memorial service for Grey Whales who have died in large numbers this spring on the US West Coast, Beeing Weisel invites everybody globally to commemorate the infinite number of honeybees who have died in the human-induced mass extinction and who are dying in unfathomable numbers every year, and to pay tribute and honor them. We live in a time of crisis and have left ’normal time’. We are called to create new ways of being on the earth. It is a call to consciousness. We are entering uncharted territory. It is time to recognize and acknowledge, and time for grandmotherly mind, the mind of compassion and deep belonging. We hope that Beeing Weisel can be a contribution towards the life-sustaining ’shimmer’ of earth.
Participation in this global event can take on any form which resonates with you. You may observe it by yourself or invite others to join you. (See flyer below for more info).
If you are local, please feel free to join me on Sunday, July 28, from noon to 2pm at my home apiary for any length of time at 686 Snow Rd, in Sebastopol, CA 95472. (For more info email michael at apisarborea.com <mailto:michael at apisarborea.cpom>)
Please feel free to share Beeing Weisel with others and allow it to become a global and at the same time local event.
Attached are a flyer and a short video announcement.
