The Beautiful Must Always Be With Us

For those who do not defend the truth will be forced to defend a lie.

The Beautiful must always be with us
Must rise above hate, fear and injustice
And we must be faithful to the Beautiful
Though it is attacked and corrupted.
We are its guardians and its defenders.
We are its children and its protectors.
We must keep it visibly present in what we say or do.
We are audience to the Beautiful
And witnesses to the Beautiful
For the Beautiful is endangered 
Challenged by those who would enslave
The Beautiful and keep it apart for some not for others
Not for all but for those who can afford the
Beautiful for holidays or vacations 
Privileged tourists not the daily
Praise practice preservation of the Beautiful that is necessary.
For the Beautiful in all its diverse magical miraculous
Forms is what we live for. 
As the earth is in jeopardy on the brink of extinction
Surrounded by threat to truth and good will.   
It is the Beautiful that will save us from ourselves.
