Dear Doctor Judy
Months of contemplation 
Portending this action
Our sessions need to cease.

My disappointment soars high
My expectations are dashed.
The trust of others who recommended you
Will forever impact my trust of any other human being

You have taught me the meaning of the word "betrayal"
How silly I was to serve you my inner thoughts 
The one person who I thought understood me
Is nothing more than a con.

I told you how all of my friends abandoned me 
How every coworker conspired to have me fired
How my boss listened to them
How I lost my job......again

My honesty and trust with you
Made me find my inner sadnesses
How all three of my children
Want absolutely nothing to do with me.

I trusted you about my relationships
The first for 20 years and she left me
The next for 10 years and she left me
The next of 5 years and she left me.

Heck Dr Judy,
I even told you about my psychic girlfriend.
Who stupidly and unfairly
Dumped me months before she and I even met!

So now you can sit in your office
Enjoy the Beverly Hills shingle on your door post
Relish in your Ivy League education
Stare at your posted advanced educational degrees

Read all of your positive press clippings
Pretend you are superior to each and every one of your clients
Remembering the cloak you hold over God's eyes.
Keeping up the illusion that you help people

The last straw that warrants this missive                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
Is that after 24 months of seeing me
Supposedly listening to me
Purportedly understanding me

You STILL can't tell me what's wrong with all those other people!
