Grandmothers

Grandmother Ocean wash away my tears.
Bathe away my sorrows; relieve me of my fears.
Cleanse away my path so that I may feel you near.
Grandmother Ocean wash away my tears.

Grandmother Wind blow away my pain.
Let the gales surround me, allowing me to change.
When your air flows round my body, it whispers Spirit’s name.
Grandmother Wind blow away my pain.

Grandmother Moon shine your light on me.
Release me from my anguish and insensitivity.
With your bright light to guide the way, it sets my spirit free.
Grandmother Moon shine your light on me.

Grandmother Earth I come to you in peace.
May I walk upon your land with beauty, grace and ease.
I give thanks for your abundance that’s forever without cease.
Grandmother Earth I come to you in peace.

Grandmother Raven give my spirit flight. 
Allow your song to fill my heart with joy and sacred light.
As your wisdom sets me free, I soar to greater heights.
