A Provençal Inspiration

Flies buzzing, doves cooing.
In the calm coolness of this Provençal house.
Meter thick stone walls support foot thick beams
And all has come to rest here.

>From the noisy polyphony of my brain
Down through the trembling of my body.
Sinking into siesta quietude.

The parable of the sower
How hard to comprehend
But I know for one that a seed has been planted
And now I will stop at nothing to see it bloom.
