a little subterfuge is necessary

so let's add a little

mischief making

shall we we? 



You and me-

we are good at this

and anyway how did "liberal' 

become a dirty word

when it is rooted

in freedom?

we had our bright and shining our Camelot moment when everything was fresh

and possible

Don’t waste your imagination

such a precious gift

on predictions

of sheer awfulness



Look - the waves are singing!

Look - a friend has cooked sumptuous feast!

Look - the autumn leaves are dancing!



This is a re-run



We risk going mad

the push and click

of too much too fast

information and spin

turn it off

it is not new or news

aren't you getting dizzy?



We still have

our coyote medicine

so let's join the resistance

with a little merriment

You and me-

we are good at this



We CAN get

the possible 

back
