Outside 
Chill air, warm coffee,
Nose to the phone,
Weather, email,
Bad news and Wordle,

Something said, 
Look up!

Tall green trees,
Golden in the dawn,
Caught my eyes,
Caught my breath - 
Air so fresh!

Spirit renewed,
I’ll head into the day,
My learning
Re- learning:

Look up!!

I toast the trees
With a grateful 
Smile.
