Entomologist
DEPT/DIV: Butterfly House
STATUS: Full time, Regular

Maintains the animal collection, including a large number of
invertebrate species and several vertebrate species. Coordinates
development and presentation of "BUZZ" entomology classes for the
public. Assists in the development of special exhibits; completes all
paperwork necessary for proper record-keeping; and assists other
entomologists, horticulturists and education staff in teaching classes.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in biology with extensive
course work in invertebrate zoology and entomology. Experience teaching
young children in a formal and informal setting preferred. Strong
computer skills essential; knowledge of MS Office preferred.
