BACKGROUND:
*** Boxer RESEARCH bill complements Baucus HABITAT CONSERVATION
bill.
*** Thanks to those of you who signed the group statement [great response!]
in support of S. 1496.  The pollinator cause needs your help AGAIN.
*** Legislative Language attached.  Note that research scope is
comprehensive, including CCD & honeybees, native pollinators & habitat.
*** CoE provided input, reviewed the final draft and strongly supports.
