[Pollinator] EPA Pollinator Survey Clarification - Simplification

Sorry about the confusion, yesterday we sent word from EPA about a
pollinator survey. Here are two new pieces of information about that posting:
1. Please send your responses to clock-rust.mary at epa.gov.
2. ALSO, it looks like EPA is primarily interested in a response to these
two questions:
Are you aware of any published or on-going research addressing the
extent to which pesticides may be interacting with other factors (e.g.,
disease) associated with the sudden declines in managed honey bee
colonies, also known as Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD)?

Please provide citations for those studies that investigated
potential associations between declines in managed honeybee
populations and pesticides. Please list the pesticides studied.
AND
Is your country planning to invest in research that examines the
potential sub-lethal and/or indirect effects of pesticides on
pollinators?
