“Native  Plants: In Design”

8:30  am– 3:30 pm 
This year's symposium  explores the many ways that native plants are 
essential to successful garden  design and landscape architecture. Speakers will 
present a variety of topics  related to the use of native plants in designed 
landscapes. Fee: $85 ($68 FONA  members). Fee includes lunch and early admission

Native  Plant Sale

The annual  Friends of the National Arboretum Native Plant Sale features a 
collection of  local native plant nurseries offering an extensive selection of 
plants.  Experienced growers will be present to offer expert advice.
