I had a request this morning from a Specialist in Agricultural Policy 
from the Congressional Research Service.  They were contacted by a 
congressman considering an amendment to the Farm Bill related to the 
issue of bees on federal lands.  I'm going to send the researcher a 
bibliography of papers related to competition between honey bees and 
native bees, but if you have points (pro or con) you think should be 
considered, I'd be glad to serve as a conduit to the CRS contact.
