[Pollinator] Bee swarm rescue

It not just swarming honeybees, there is a need for trained response to
feral colonies that come into conflict with people, eg. in trees,
electrical equipment houses etc. People can be seriuosly hurt or bees
might be needlessly killed if this is not done properly
is there a possibility of a national network in Canada and in the US?
