The SETAC Pellston book is finally available; Wiley is the publisher (​ <http://www.wiley.com/WileyCDA/WileyTitle/productCd-1118852524,subjectCd-LSC0.html> http://www.wiley.com/WileyCDA/WileyTitle/productCd-1118852524,subjectCd-LSC0.html ). It is available as an ebook or a hard copy. 

 

It is pricey in both hard copy and e-form (also from Amazon at a tad cheaper) and not yet released (9 June, 2014 is the release date posted).  I have not sen it, was not at the SETAC meetings, and so cannot say anything about its utility, contents or quality.
