[Pollinator] Bee Better Certified Program Continues to Grow

More fresh produce products with the Bee Better Certified

Rainier Fruit Company and Homegrown Organic Farms both achieving
certification earlier this year.

grown in the Pacific Northwest are now available in stores.

The Xerces Society <http://xerces.org> developed Bee Better Certified to
promote pollinator conservation in agriculture. The Bee Better Production
Standards

are science-based and field-tested, guaranteeing that the actions farmers
take actually improve pollinator well-being. Third-party verification
from Oregon
Tilth <http://tilth.org/> ensures that the certification process is
transparent and trustworthy.

With growing interest and adoption by farms in multiple countries, an
expanding number of crops are now Bee Better Certified, and products such
as wine, ice cream from Haagen-Dazs, and fresh produce can now be found
displaying the Bee Better Certified seal in major retailers.
