The Autumn Equinox Plant Auction-Fundraiser ends _tonight_ at 6pm
PST_Please read the full terms before bidding._What may be the last
auction of 2025 closes this evening at 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time,

Tuesday, 9/30, is_ the last day to place orders _to ship this
year!:Orders must be confirmed with us via email (then payment mailed
by 10/1).Orders placed now will ship early to mid October, orders
placed after 9/30 _will ship Spring 2026._This hiatus from shipping
new orders is required to give us time to fully focus on the
infrastructure projects that are now absolutely _critical_ to
preserving the high diversity of rare & endangered plants in our
nursery, conservancy-research gardens and seed bank, and to ultimately
make available the many hundreds of species we’ve never released

ABOUT THE LAST DAY OF THE AUCTION & ITS CLOSE:We honor the email bids
as first come first serve, so if we don’t respond right away—do
not worry, we will honor your bid in the order/time it was
received.Note: the last hour of the auction can get hectic and we may
not be able to notify you in a timely manner if you’ve been outbid
– therefore, _we recommend checking the website periodically
__during this final phase __to see the current high bids and respond
accordingly_.
A "soft close" to this auction:
This allows for participants to make a final bid offer on a popular
item even after the "close".
_How it works_: For any plant bid on in the final minutes of the
auction, we will email the bidders shortly after the 6pm close and
give them the opportunity to make _1 final bid_ on the plant within a
given amount of time -- the highest bid wins the plant!For plants only
bid on earlier in the auction, there is no "soft close" and the win
goes to the person with the highest bid at the 6pm close.After the
auction ends, you will be contacted by email later in the evening _or_
the following morning for the auction plants you have won.The winning
bids should all be posted on the website no later than 7:30pm (PST),
tonight.
Know that auction purchases directly fund much needed nursery repairs,
essential renovations, our continual conservation work, research and
writing.__
