extreme El Niño weather that is expected in the coming months...

*_Update on Nursery Renovations_:*
Crucial renovations will dominate the rest of 2026 for us. Please bear
with us during our ongoing work to revitalize the nursery.
Despite this year's obstacle-course of challenges, we’ve made some
lurching progress withthe first phase of the nursery irrigation project.
Still, we have far to go, and like everything in 2026, the cost of
materials has skyrocketed, far beyond my estimates last year… damage to
several nursery structures last winter has added to this, as well as
fortifying for the El Niño.
/We currently need to raise additional funds to continue... /
Please help spread the word and*keep the fully Tax-Deductible donations
coming
<https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/fundraiser-for-rare-plants-succulents-and-such>
— whether it's $5, $20, $100, or a legacy gift, every little bit helps!
*/We can’t do this without you! /

*Later this autumn and winter we plan to hold some special plant sales
and an auction /exclusive/ to the those of you who have generously
contributed to fundraising.*
