Subject: NAPPC Award Deadline has been extended to next WEDNESDAY!!

2009 NAPPC Pollinator Advocate Award &

NACD Farmer-Rancher Pollinator Conservation Award

Important reminder, the deadline to submit your nominations is fast
approaching. It's this Wednesday, September 23, 2009!

These awards recognize individuals and/or organizations which have
contributed significantly to pollinator conservation, and to public
education which results in increased awareness of the importance of
pollination. All activities that contribute significantly toward pollinator
conservation will be considered, including but not limited to on-the-ground
projects, educational programs, policies and partnerships, pollinator
research, or management activities that promote pollinators.

NAPPC partners are not eligible for this award. You may submit more than
one nomination.

Take a moment to honor those who are working hard for pollinators!

Please return one of the attached forms to Sunny Boyd (sun at pollinator.org)
by Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Also, feel free to forward this email to
others.

Thank you and good luck to your nominees!
